Assignment 1: Choose one topic from the History of Computing lecture that interests you and and write a 1/2 - 1 page essay. Suggested topics:

• Moore's Law
• the ENIAC computer
• Apple I/II
• the CRAY 1 computer
• hypertext

Assignment 2: Compose your biography on a webpage. Please do not use your last name or home address (or email address, ect.). Use the basic tags we have gone over so far. Your page should be structured with respect to paragraphs and should be several paragraphs long. Due 7-8 September.
